1, the reasons for bearing temperature rise:
(1). Bearing cooling water interruption.
(2) .Oil deterioration, the oil itself is not clean or running oil degradation, such as oil in the water will cause increased oil acidity will reduce the oil lubrication, so that the bearing was corrosion, resulting in bearing temperature.
2, the phenomenon:
(1). There is an alarm bell.
(2). Machine next to the water wheel mechanical fault light plate, indicating the temperature of the bearing temperature of the instrument, the signal relay action.
(3) thermometer plate (intumescent thermometer) black needle and yellow needle coincide or more than yellow needle.
(4). Send the bearing temperature rise fault signal.
3, processing
When the bearing temperature rises, first determine whether the malfunction, such as indeed increased, should do the following:
(1). Check the cooling water pressure, water and piping system is normal. If the water pressure is low, the filter may be blocked, can not be processed in time, can stop processing, when confirmed to work, then put into use.
(2). Should check the governor oil pressure, if the oil pressure may cause the cooling water hydraulic valve closed.
(3). Check whether the bearing has abnormal sound, and check whether the abnormal bearing swing.
(4). Take oil samples to observe whether the oil color changes, and laboratory tests to see whether the deterioration. If it is confirmed that the deterioration, should be replaced to replace the new oil.
(5). Check the oil level is normal, if not normal, check the oil tank drain valve is tight. If it is tight, should fill the oil, if it is sealing oil leakage, should be shut down.
